We do not offer exchanges.

For custom products, please carefully review and proofread your design before approving the artwork. We are not responsible for any errors or misspellings once the final proof has been approved.

Refunds are generally not issued, especially once your order has been delivered to the shipping facility. 

We reserve the right to refuse service. In situations where communication becomes disrespectful or abusive, we may choose to cancel the order and issue a refund.
